Does your warranty cover labour fees? / Do I have to ship it back to you for repairs?
Our warranty period only covers parts replacement and does not include call-outs which will be separately charged. Please note that in some areas, call outs may not be available. For areas where we do not have a technician we will need the equipment
Do you sell replacement tyres/tubes/rims/cables etc.?
We only carry model specific parts, any generic parts we do not carry however you can purchase them from a local bike store. If you have a part you need and cannot source from a bike store please contact us to check availability.
Does warranty cover stunts or jumps?
Our warranty are not covered for stunts or jumps unless otherwise stated.
What does your warranty cover or don't cover?
Warranty only applies to the original owner of a Progear bicycle and is not transferable to subsequent owners. Manufacturer warranty covers for 12 months on parts and 10 years on frame.
