Can I return the product to your warehouse?Updated a month ago

For change of mind returns, please read our Change of Mind Policy to see you meet the requirements.

If you are returning due to a fault we will first need a support case lodged, please contact us to lodge a support case.

Once you have done so our Technical Support team will let you know when you can bring it in. 

Note: 

  • Our technical support team are not in the office on Saturdays.
