How long can you hold my order for Click & Collect?Updated 23 days ago

If your order is only Click & Collect and does not include installation:

Once your order is processed you will receive a link for your pick up booking.

The online booking system allows up to 2 weeks for your freight to be collected.

We prefer not to hold stock longer than this period to avoid stock going missing and additional holding fees from our 3PL QLD location if your order was transferred there. 

You can place your order at a later date, however we cannot guarantee the stock quantity. 

If your order includes installation:

Due to limitations with warehouse space we will need you to collect as soon as you can.
